To all the black skinned people out there!!

Have you ever felt out of place just because you a black person?

Have you ever wished your skin color was otherwise?

Well, I’ve felt and wished so on many occasions. So, you are not alone in this.

I was out with my friends on a lovely night to chill. We wanted taking a picture but I was scarcely visible and then one of them echoed “you are too black to be visible”

I felt really terrible!

Persons having a black skin often feel invisible and irrelevant. Well, that’s fine because it’s only a feeling and feelings can’t be trusted.

Black people may seem invisible but their exploits and contributions to humanity keeps staring the world in the face. And I’m certain you are doing great things no matter how small you think it is.

Black is the most beautiful thing I’ve come to discover. A black person is not only beautiful but also special in so many ways.Being black is a gift that can’t be earned.

Many people feel less because they have a black skin.
Entrenched in the minds of many Africans from a young age is the adage "if it’s white, it’s all right", a belief that has chipped away the self-esteem of millions.

I write to inform you that black is beautiful . Don’t allow aanyone talk you down, intimidat or harass you because you are black.

Nothing is wrong with been black skinned, Infact everything is right about it.

Iam BBC

Iam Black,Beautiful and Confident

When you begin to feel less because you are black skinned- remind yourself tthat “I’m beautifully and fearfully made”

So here is the slogan “I’m BBC”

Meaning “I’m Black,Beautiful and Confident”

A few advantages of been black skinned

  • You are less prone to sunburns
  • You don’t eexperience photoaging: Fine and deep wrinkles, broken blood vessels on the nose and cheeks, freckles, age spots and rough scaly spots called keratosis are commonly seen in white skinned individuals with long term sun exposure. These set of changes are called photo-aging. Because of natural sun protection, your skin remains has less wrinkles and is smoother, even when exposed to the same amount of sunlight.
  • You are less prone to skin cancer

Feel bold, gallant and equal to any task or persons because been black skinned does make you less a human!!

Infact it is what makes you stand out everywhere you go.

Always remember I see you!

You aren’t invisible !!
